Ribeyes & Prime Rib

Rib steaks are our most richly marbled steak, resulting in a robust flavor. They are cut from the rib primal and may be served without a bone (traditional 16 ounce Ribeye) or bone-in, as with our 24 ounce Cowboy or 38 ounce Tomahawk, with its 14 inch bone.

We also offer a holiday Prime Rib Roast, perfect for the family table.
