Our most popular appetizer! Four skewers of marinated quail breast wrapped in bacon and ready to go on the grill with your steaks.  This Taste of Texas house specialty is a unique treat for the dinner table, a tailgate, or cocktail party.  Succulent quail breasts are marinated overnight and wrapped with a sliver of mild jalapeno and hickory-smoked bacon. Includes 4 skewers of quail bites and our Gourmet Grilling Guide.

Recommended Recipe for Home:  We love to serve these quail bites an easy-to-make dipping sauce: 16 ounces of ranch dressing, 3 pressed garlic gloves, juice of 1/4 lime, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, and 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. Mix well and serve in a bowl alongside the quail.  (Not included).
